Hi , I am working as SEO and keen to learn web designing, i searched on google that Joomla helps for those who have no any knowledge of web designing.
Plz tell me how Can i learn joomla and how it can help me in making web site in a easy manner?

Joomla doesn't help for learning web designing. but web designing helps to learn joomla.

yes , SEO Friendly , We will set the Search Engine Friendly URLs in the administrator ,

login the backend , Go to global configuration -> Site ,
select yes in Search Engine Friendly URLs and also SEF 404 component is good extension for SEO
