is it possible to merge these Joomla extensions?

I am wondering if it is possible to take all of the Joomla extensions that I have outlined below, and make ONE centralized module that can control all of the actions that these accomplish. The purpose is to market this to webmasters or people building Joomla websites. All of the modules/plugins below are extremely useful to those who build websites frequently. If I could install all of this in one shot it will save me a great deal of time and energy.

Artio SEF -
Main features:
* generate SEF URLs
* generate metadata (component - based)
* can override default metadada generated by component or Joomla (title, meta tags)
* editing .htaccess capability
* 301 Redirections management
* 404 Page Not Found customization

Eventually they would need to be scalable so that we can make it feasible to be used with the most popular extensions.


From your experience as joomla coders, is it possible?
