How to change,"Welcome to Frontpage"
Joomla websites always gets setup with a default theme and contents.The default one has title of the page as,"WELCOME TO FRONTPAGE".
Even if you install.........
other themes and select them as DEFAULT,the title of the page remains the same. Its obviously a headache for all those who are building websites or blogs using Joomla Content Management Systems.
So,here is the quick solution for it.
Goto MENU ITEMS in the top of the Admin Panel. Then,click on MAIN MENU.
You will get all the tabs listed there,which is in your top navigation,i.e,HOME,TOPOGRAPY,JOOMLA LICENSES,ABOUT US,CONTACT ME.
Now just select HOME and EDIT it. After you reach the EDIT page,you can look into the RIGHT SIDEBAR for some advanced parameters the settings.You will get a tab called,"SYSTEM PARAMETER"
Just click on it and you are done. There you will find the text of the title,"WELCOME TO FRONTPAGE".
Now just edit it as per your wish and enter your desired text there,which you want to get displayed when someone visits your website.
